DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. Information Right

De conformidad con lo establecido por la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (en adelante, LOPD), ALCESA, titular del sitio web www.alcesa.es (en adelante, el Sitio Web), informa a los usuarios del mismo (en adelante, los Usuarios) de la existencia de un fichero automatizado de datos de carácter personal creado por ALCESA, y bajo su responsabilidad, que se encuentra debidamente inscrito en el Registro de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal.

2. Purpose

Users data are obtained by ALCESA in order to facilitate the services given through the web site, as well as to facilitate commercial information on services that could be of the client’s interest.

3. Obligatory or facultative nature of the information given by the user and veracity of the data

The fields to fill in by the user marked with an asterisk (*) in the registry form are necessary to be able to take care of their request, being voluntary the inclusion of data in the remaining fields.
The user guarantees that the personal data given to ALCESA are truthful and is responsible to communicate any modification.

El usuario garantiza que los datos personales facilitados a ALCESA son veraces y se hace responsable de comunicar al mismo cualquier modificación de los mismos.

4. Consent of the user

The sending of personal data, through the use of the electronic forms contained in the Web site or, through electronic mail, means the express consent of the sender to the automated treatment of the data included in the indicated media, services and products related to the purposes of the web site, as well as to the sending of communications through and electronic mean with related information.

Also, in the case the User contacts a client through the electronic forms of the web site; the User authorizes ALCESA to hand over the personal data given by the user to the client in whose services the User is interested.

5. Users Rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation.

The User will be able to exert his rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of his personal data, in the terms and conditions before described in the PDP.

He will be able to exert his rights writing a letter to ALCESA, Av. de Cordoba, 21, 2nd  floor, door 3, 28026, Madrid or to comercial@alcesa.es

6. Security

ALCESA maintains the levels of security for personal data protection according to the Organic Law 15/1999, 13th of December and its Rules of Development, and has established all the technical means to avoid the loss, evil use, modification, non-authorized access and robbery of the data facilitated by the user through the web site. Nevertheless we have to inform him that Internet safety measures are not unconquerable.

ALCESA agrees to keep personal data secret and confidential in the automated file in agreement with the current legislation, as well as conferring them a safe treatment in the cessions and international transferences of data which can take place when appropriate.

7. Cookies and IPs

The User accepts the use of cookies and tracking of IPs. Our analyzer of traffic site uses cookies and tracking of IPs which allow us to compile data for statistical studies such as; date of the first visit, number of times the page has been visited, date of the last visit, URL and domain from were the web site is visited, used Explorer and resolution of the screen. However, if the user wishes to, he can deactivate and/or eliminate these cookies following the instructions of his Internet navigator.

ALCESA does not use spamming techniques and will only process the data that the user writes through the web site electronic forms or through electronic mails.

8. Modification of the present privacy policy

ALCESA reserves the right to modify the present policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as to practices of the industry, informing previously of the changes to the users.
