- RESPONSIBILITY EXONERATION
ALCESA, besides the occasions already mentioned, will not be responsible for:
Referring to possible technical deficiencies. – Will not be responsible, in any case, of the alterations in the service due to failures in the electricity distribution network, in the connection data network, in the server or any of their services.
Referring to the access by third parties to its system. - ALCESA adopts the necessary technical cautions in order to protect the acceded data and information, but without being responsible for third parties activities that having violated the established safety measures, access and/or manipulate the mentioned information.

- PASSWORD POLICY
The clients will have to keep the “Login” (Name of User) and "Password" facilitated by ALCESA as identification and access elements for this extra service, committing themselves not to permit use nor to allow access to third parties, assuming the responsibility for legal damages derived from an illegal use.
Since the Login assigned by ALCESA corresponds to the electronic mail account, personal or corporative, facilitated by the Client with the object of maintaining the contractual relation through telematic means, please be aware that if you change your email account you will have to communicate this new email account to ALCESA to be able to accede to the Private Zone. ALCESA will not be responsible for the lack of access to this web site if a Client changes his email account and does not inform the company.
We also inform that if you have accessed the private zone and you are not using but there is a remaining open session, the access will be blocked for security reasons and you will have to introduce the Login and the Password once again.
- PROTECTION OF DATA
As described in the services contract subscribed with ALCESA, the personal data of the Client, for the cases in that the client is a physical person, or in the case of representatives of a legal person or administration, are added in a file whose ownership corresponds to Operadora Virtual de Telefonía, S.L, whose purpose of collection and treatment of data is the maintenance of the established commercial relations, as well as to inform of new services and supplies.
In accordance with the current legislation, ALCESA guarantees the company has taken the necessary measures and techniques to maintain the level of security required referring to the nature of the personal data.
Also, ALCESA informs the Client that he may at any time exercise his rights of access, modification, cancellation and if so opposition, referring to his personal data, being able to exercise this right writing a letter to ALCESA, enclosing photocopy of his identity card to the following address: Av. de Cordoba, 21, 2nd floor, door 3 28026 Madrid
ALCESA will not transfer nor will communicate the stored data to third organizations, except in the occasions in which this communication has been previously anticipated..
